It started gradually and has been coming and going intermittently.

I would say it's around a 3 or 4. It's mild but still noticeable.

Have you ever had this type of stomach pain before? If yes, when was the last time and what happened that time?
Patient
No, I haven't experienced this kind of pain before. This is the first time it's happened.

What do you think might be causing the stomach pain?
Patient
I'm not really sure what's causing it. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary or eaten anything unusual that I can think of.

What makes the pain better or worse? (e.g., antacids, bending or twisting motion, bowel movement)

I haven't noticed any particular triggers that make it better or worse. It just seems to come and go on its own.

Do you have any other symptoms such as back pain, diarrhea, fever, pain during urination, or vomiting?
Patient
Yes, I've also been running a slight fever along with the abdominal pain.
